We offer 3 packages tailored to your needs: 10% basic package, 12% Premium all-inclusive package and a 20% Pro custom fixed-income package. Take the time to go through details for each package on our Pricing page and find out which package works best for you.

As a client of RHome Rentals you will be receiving a monthly owner statement outlining your income, our Airbnb management fees, cleaning fees and any maintenance related charges you have approved.

If you have specific preferences for how you’d like your home to be cleaned, simply share your instructions with our management team, and we’ll ensure they are carefully followed.

Absolutely! You will have full access to your account and can view it using your login information.

It’s rare for our clients to discontinue our Airbnb property management services. However, if you choose to end your partnership with RHome Rentals for any reason, please contact our management team so we can address your concerns. In most cases, we’re able to find solutions that meet your needs and ensure your experience remains exceptional. If you still wish to proceed with cancellation, we kindly request a 1-month notice.
